In the State of Texas, the Counties of Armstrong, Briscoe, Carson, Floyd, Gray, Hale, Hansford, Hemphill, Hutchinson, Lipscomb, Motley, Ochiltree, Oldham, Potter, Randall, and Roberts and that portion of Hall County south of the center of the Prairie Dog Town Fork of the Red River and west of the line formed by the western boundaries of Sections 10 and 49 in the J. Poitevent Block 1 and Section 13 in the A. B. & M. Block A, thence from the southwest corner of Section 13 in the A. B. & M. Block A diagonally to the northwest corner of Section 14 in the Melvin & Stewart Block J, thence south along the western boundaries of Sections 14 and 13 in the Melvin & Stewart Block J and the western boundaries of Sections 78, 77, 76, 75, 74, 73, 72, 71, and 70 in the Denison & Pacific R. R. C & O. Block S.
Comment
Effective March 1, 2000, the Panhandle Plains Federal Land Bank Association assumed authority to make and participate in long-term real estate mortgage loans. The association will be known as Panhandle-Plains Federal Land Bank Association, FLCA.

Effective May 1, 2002, the Panhandle-Plains Federal Land Bank Association, FLCA relocated its headquarters to Amarillo, in Randall County Texas from Pampa in Gray County, Texas.

Effective August 1, 2006, Panhandle-Plains Federal Land Bank Association, FLCA changed its name to Panhandle-Plains Land Bank, FLCA.

Effective July 1, 2015, Panhandle-Plains Land Bank, FLCA changed its name to Plains Land Bank, FLCA.
