In the State of Colorado, the Counties of Alamosa, Arapahoe, Archuleta, Baca, Bent, Chaffee, Cheyenne, Conejos, Costilla, Crowley, Custer, Douglas, Elbert, El Paso, Fremont, Hinsdale, Huerfano, Kiowa, Kit Carson, Lake, Las Animas, Lincoln, Mineral, Otero, Park, Prowers, Pueblo, Rio Grande, Saguache, Teller, and that part of Jefferson County south of the north boundary line of Park County, extended eastward across Jefferson County. In the State of New Mexico, the Association may extend and renew short- and intermediate-term loans and provide related services to those individuals or entities who were borrowers of any predecessor to the Association as of June 30, 2000, and who have their residences or operations in the Counties of Colfax, Harding, Mora, San Miguel, and Union.

Effective July 1, 2000, Farm Credit of Lamar FLCA, Monte Vista PCA, Farm Credit of Colorado Springs PCA and FLCA, and Farm Credit Services of Southeast Colorado PCA and FLCA consolidated to form Farm Credit of Southern Colorado, ACA. Also, Farm Credit of Lamar, FLCA and Farm Credit Services of Southeast Colorado, FLCA merged into Farm Credit of Colorado Springs, FLCA. Further, Monte Vista PCA and Farm Credit Services of Southeast Colorado, PCA merged into Farm Credit of Colorado Springs, PCA. FCA amended the charters of Farm Credit of Colorado Springs, FLCA and PCA to change their names to Farm Credit of Southern Colorado, FLCA and PCA, respectively, and to make them subsidiaries of the ACA. Pursuant to FCA's Conditions of Approval, FCA will treat the ACA and its subsidiary associations on a consolidated basis for regulatory purposes as the FCA deems appropriate.

Effective October 1, 2003, the Western Farm Credit Bank merged with and into the Farm Credit Bank of Wichita, the continuing bank, which will be known as U.S. AgBank, FCB. As a result of the bank merger, all active associations in the Western and Wichita districts were assigned a new district code (24).

As a result of the merger of U. S. AgBank, FCB, into CoBank, ACB on 1/1/2012, all active associations in the U. S. AgBank and CoBank districts were assigned a new district code (25).
