In the State of California, the Counties of Butte, Glenn, Shasta, Tehama, and that portion of Trinity County lying east of the summit of the Coastal Ranges. All of Kings County and that part of Tulare County north of the two lines between T17S and T18S and west of a line beginning at the SE corner of Sec 34, T17S, R23E, and thence running north to the NW corner of Sec 2, T17S, R23E, thence east to the SE corner of Sec 34, T16S, R23E, thence north to the Tulare County line. Also that part of Fresno County lying south of a line beginning at a point where the Fresno County line intersects the south line of Sec 15, T16S, R12E, thence east to the SE corner of Sec 13, T16S, R20E, thence north to the NW corner of Sec 30, T15S, R21E, thence east to the SW corner of Sec 19, T15S, R22E, thence north to the NW corner of Sec 6, T15S, R22E, thence east to the NE corner of Sec 1, T15S, R24E.

Effective October 1, 2001, Northern California Federal Land Credit Association and Northern California Production Credit Association consolidated under section 7.8 of the Farm Credit Act of 1971, as amended, to form Northern California Farm Credit, ACA. The charters for the PCA and FLCA were amended to make them subsidiaries of Northern California Farm Credit, ACA. All three will operate under Conditions of Approval. Pursuant to FCA's Conditions of Approval, FCA will treat the ACA and its subsidiary associations on a consolidated basis for regulatory purposes as the FCA deems appropriate.

Effective October 1, 2003, the Western Farm Credit Bank merged with and into the Farm Credit Bank of Wichita, the continuing bank, which will be known as U.S. AgBank, FCB. As a result of the bank merger, all active associations in the Western and Wichita districts were assigned a new district code (24).

As a result of the merger of U. S. AgBank, FCB, into CoBank, ACB on 1/1/2012, all active associations in the U. S. AgBank and CoBank districts were assigned a new district code (25).

Effective January 1, 2014, Federal Land Bank Association of Kingsburg, FLCA, merged with and into Northern California Farm Credit, ACA, and its subsidiaries, Northern California Farm Credit, PCA, and Northern California Farm Credit, FLCA, respectively. Northern California Farm Credit, ACA, and its subsidiaries will be the continuing associations, but will be renamed Golden State Farm Credit, ACA; Golden State Farm Credit, PCA; and Golden State Farm Credit, FLCA and will be headquartered in Kingsburg, California.
