Comment
Effective October 1, 2001, FCA chartered a new production credit association, known as Farm Credit of Enid, PCA, that consolidated with Farm Credit of Enid, FLCA to form an ACA known as Farm Credit of Enid, ACA. The FCA also approved an ACA subsidiary structure by amending the PCA's charter to make it a subsidiary of the ACA and amending the FLCA's charter to make it a subsidiary of the ACA. As a subsidiary, the FLCA is known as Farm Credit of Enid, FLCA. The associations are subject to Conditions of Approval imposed by FCA that are effective October 1, 2001. Pursuant to FCA's Conditions of Approval, FCA will treat the ACA and its subsidiary associations on a consolidated basis for regulatory purposes as the FCA deems appropriate.

Effective October 1, 2003, the Western Farm Credit Bank merged with and into the Farm Credit Bank of Wichita, the continuing bank, which will be known as U.S. AgBank, FCB. As a result of the bank merger, all active associations in the Western and Wichita districts were assigned a new district code (24).

As a result of the merger of U. S. AgBank, FCB, into CoBank, ACB on 1/1/2012, all active associations in the U. S. AgBank and CoBank districts were assigned a new district code (25). Effective November 1, 2022, of Farm Credit of Enid, ACA, and its subsidiaries, Farm Credit of Enid, PCA and Farm Credit of Enid, FLCA merged with and into Farm Credit of Western Oklahoma, ACA and its subsidiaries Farm Credit of Western Oklahoma, PCA and Farm Credit of Western Oklahoma, FLCA, respectively, pursuant to section 7.8 of the Farm Credit Act of 1971, as amended.

Farm Credit of Western Oklahoma, ACA, and its subsidiaries are the continuing associations.
