In the State of Oklahoma, the Counties of Alfalfa, Beaver, Beckham, Caddo, Cimarron, Cleveland, Comanche, Cotton, Custer, Dewey, Ellis, Garfield, Grady, Grant, Greer, Harmon, Harper, Jackson, Kiowa, Major, Roger Mills, Texas, Tillman, Washita, Woods, and Woodward, and that portion of Blaine County south and west of the South Canadian River, and all of McClain County, except Township 5 North, Range 1 to 4 West, and 1 to 3 East and that part of Township 6 North, Range 3 East, lying south of the Canadian River.

Effective January 1, 2003, the Federal Land Bank Association of Western Oklahoma, FLCA (Western Oklahoma FLCA), Clinton Production Credit Association, (Clinton PCA) and the Production Credit Association of Woodward (PCA of Woodward) consolidated to form Farm Credit of Western Oklahoma, ACA. Also effective on January 1, 2003, is the merger of Clinton PCA into the PCA of Woodward, the continuing association and the name changes of PCA of Woodward to Farm Credit of Western Oklahoma, PCA and Western Oklahoma FLCA to Farm Credit of Western Oklahoma, FLCA. Farm Credit of Western Oklahoma FLCA and PCA will become wholly owned subsidiaries of the ACA effective also on January 1, 2003. Pursuant to FCA's Conditions of Approval, also effective January 1, 2003, FCA will treat the ACA and its subsidiary associations on a consolidated basis for regulatory purposes, as the FCA deems appropriate.

Effective October 1, 2003, the Western Farm Credit Bank merged with and into the Farm Credit Bank of Wichita, the continuing bank, which will be known as U.S. AgBank, FCB. As a result of the bank merger, all active associations in the Western and Wichita districts were assigned a new district code (24).

As a result of the merger of U. S. AgBank, FCB, into CoBank, ACB on 1/1/2012, all active associations in the U. S. AgBank and CoBank districts were assigned a new district code (25).

Effective October 1, 2014, Farm Credit of Central Oklahoma, ACA, and its subsidiaries, Farm Credit of Central Oklahoma, PCA, and Farm Credit of Central Oklahoma, FLCA, merged with and into Farm Credit of Western Oklahoma, ACA and its subsidiaries, Farm Credit of Western Oklahoma, PCA, and Farm Credit of Western Oklahoma, FLCA, respectively. Farm Credit of Western Oklahoma, ACA, and its subsidiaries are the continuing associations. The Conditions of Approval previously imposed on Farm Credit of Western Oklahoma, ACA, and its subsidiaries remain in effect.

Effective January 1, 2021, of AgPreference, ACA and its wholly-owned subsidiaries AgPreference Credit Association, FLCA and AgPreference Credit Association, PCA with and into Farm Credit of Western Oklahoma, ACA and its wholly-owned subsidiaries Farm Credit of Western Oklahoma, FLCA and Farm Credit of Western Oklahoma, PCA, respectively, pursuant to section 7.8 of the Farm Credit Act of 1971, as amended. Farm Credit of Western Oklahoma, ACA, and its subsidiaries are the continuing associations. The Conditions of Approval previously imposed on Farm Credit of Western Oklahoma, ACA, and its subsidiaries remain in effect. Under the Conditions of Approval, the FCA will continue to treat the parent ACA and its subsidiary associations on a consolidated basis for regulatory purposes as FCA considers appropriate.

Effective November 1, 2022, Farm Credit of Enid, ACA, and its subsidiaries, Farm Credit of Enid, PCA and Farm Credit of Enid, FLCA merged with and into Farm Credit of Western Oklahoma, ACA and its subsidiaries Farm Credit of Western Oklahoma, PCA and Farm Credit of Western Oklahoma, FLCA, respectively, pursuant to section 7.8 of the Farm Credit Act of 1971, as amended. Farm Credit of Western Oklahoma, ACA, and its subsidiaries are the continuing associations.
