Effective January 1, 2001, Farm Credit Services of East Central Oklahoma, FLCA and Farm Credit Services of East Central Oklahoma, PCA consolidated to form Farm Credit Services of East Central Oklahoma, ACA. The charters for Farm Credit Services of East Central Oklahoma, FLCA and Farm Credit Services of East Central Oklahoma, PCA were amended to make them subsidiaries of the ACA. Pursuant to FCA's Conditions of Approval, FCA will treat the ACA and its subsidiary associations on a consolidated basis for regulatory purposes as the FCA deems appropriate.

Effective October 1, 2003, the Western Farm Credit Bank merged with and into the Farm Credit Bank of Wichita, the continuing bank, which will be known as U.S. AgBank, FCB. As a result of the bank merger, all active associations in the Western and Wichita districts were assigned a new district code (24).

As a result of the merger of U. S. AgBank, FCB, into CoBank, ACB on 1/1/2012, all active associations in the U. S. AgBank and CoBank districts were assigned a new district code (25).

Effective January 1, 2016, Chisholm Trail Farm Credit, ACA, and its subsidiaries, Chisholm Trail Farm Credit, PCA, and Chisholm Trail Farm Credit, FLCA, merged with and into Farm Credit Services of East Central Oklahoma, ACA, and its subsidiaries, Farm Credit Services of East Central Oklahoma, PCA, and Farm Credit Services of East Central Oklahoma, FLCA, respectively, pursuant to section 7.8 of the Farm Credit Act of 1971, as amended. Farm Credit Services of East Central Oklahoma, ACA, and its subsidiaries are the continuing associations, but will be renamed Oklahoma AgCredit, ACA; Oklahoma AgCredit, PCA; and Oklahoma AgCredit, FLCA. The Conditions of Approval previously imposed on Farm Credit Services of East Central Oklahoma, ACA, and its subsidiaries remain in effect. Under the Conditions of Approval, the FCA will continue to treat the parent ACA and its subsidiary associations on a consolidated basis for regulatory purposes as FCA considers appropriate.

Effective on September 1, 2020, Oklahoma AgCredit, ACA and its subsidiaires Oklahoma AgCredit, PCA; and Oklahoma AgCredit, FLCA relocation their headquarters from Broken Arrow, OK to Edmond, OK.
