In the State of Arkansas, the Counties of Arkansas, Ashley, Bradley, Chicot, Cleburne, Cleveland, Drew, Fulton, Independence, Izard, Jackson, Jefferson, Lawrence, Lincoln, Lonoke, Monroe, Prairie, Pulaski, Randolph, Sharp, Stone, White, Woodruff, and Desha County except that portion lying north and east of the White River.

Effective January 1, 2001, Farm Credit Services of Central Arkansas, FLCA and Farm Credit Services of Central Arkansas, PCA consolidated to form Farm Credit Services of Central Arkansas, ACA. The charters for Farm Credit Services of Central Arkansas, FLCA and Farm Credit Services of Central Arkansas, PCA were amended to make them subsidiaries of Farm Credit Services of Central Arkansas, ACA. Pursuant to FCA's Conditions of Approval, FCA will treat the ACA and its subsidiary associations on a consolidated basis for regulatory purposes as the FCA deems appropriate.

Effective March 1, 2001, the name of Farm Credit Services of Central Arkansas, ACA was changed to AgHeritage Farm Credit Services, ACA. Effective August 6, 2001, AgHeritage Farm Credit Services, ACA and its subsidiaries will change their headquarters' location from the City of North Little Rock to the City of Little Rock. The county will stay the same.

As a result of the merger of AgAmerica, FCB, into AgriBank, FCB (AgriBank), on 1/1/03, all active associations in the AgriBank district were assigned a new district code (22).
