Effective January 1, 2008, Farm Credit Services of Grand Forks, ACA and AgCountry Farm Credit Services, ACA consolidated to form a new association known as AgCountry Farm Credit Services, ACA. Simultaneously, Farm Credit Services of Grand Forks, PCA (the subsidiary) merged into AgCountry Farm Credit Services, PCA (the subsidiary) and Farm Credit Services of Grand Forks, FLCA merged into AgCountry Farm Credit Services, FLCA (the subsidiary) which continued as subsidiaries of the new AgCountry Farm Credit Services, ACA. The FCA canceled the charters of Farm Credit Services of Grand Forks, ACA, Farm Credit Services of Grand Forks, PCA, Farm Credit Services of Grand Forks, FLCA, and AgCountry Farm Credit Services, ACA on January 1, 2008. FCA issued a charter to the new AgCountry Farm Credit Services, ACA. The ACA parent and its subsidiaries operate under FCA Conditions of Approval, which took effect January 1, 2008. Under FCA’s Conditions of Approval, FCA will treats the ACA parent and its subsidiary associations on a consolidated basis for regulatory purposes as FCA deems appropriate.

Effective July 1, 2017 United FCS, ACA and its subsidiaries, United FCS, PCA and United FCS, FLCA merged with and into AgCountry Farm Credit Services, ACA and its subsidiaries, AgCountry Farm Credit Services, PCA and AgCountry Farm Credit Services, FLCA, respectively, pursuant to section 7.8 of the Farm Credit Act of 1971, as amended. AgCountry Farm Credit Services, ACA and its subsidiaries are the continuing associations. FCA cancelled the charters of United FCS, ACA and its subsidiaries and issued updated charters to AgCountry Farm Credit Services.

The existing Conditions of Approval and Merger imposed on AgCountry Farm Credit Services and its subsidiaries, in addition to conditions imposed as a result of this merger, remain in effect. Under the Conditions of Approval, the FCA will continue to treat the parent ACA and its subsidiary associations on a consolidated basis for regulatory purposes as FCA considers appropriate.

Effective January 1, 2022, of Farm Credit Services of North Dakota, ACA, and its subsidiaries, Farm Credit Services of North Dakota, PCA and Farm Credit Services of North Dakota, FLCA merged with and into AgCountry Farm Credit Services, ACA and its subsidiaries AgCountry Farm Credit Services, PCA and AgCountry Farm Credit Services, FLCA, respectively, pursuant to section 7.8 of the Farm Credit Act of 1971, as amended. AgCountry Farm Credit Services, ACA, and its subsidiaries are the continuing associations. The Conditions of Approval previously imposed on AgCountry Farm Credit Services, ACA, and its subsidiaries remain in effect. Under the Conditions of Approval, the FCA will continue to treat the parent ACA and its subsidiary associations on a consolidated basis for regulatory purposes as FCA considers appropriate.
