Effective July 1, 2001, Farm Credit Services of America, FLCA and Farm Credit Services of America, PCA consolidated under section 7.8 of the Farm Credit Act of 1971, as amended. The charter for Farm Credit Services of America, FLCA was amended and restated to make Farm Credit Services of America, FLCA a subsidiary of Farm Credit Services of America, ACA. The charter for Farm Credit Services of America, PCA was also amended and restated to make Farm Credit Services of America, PCA a subsidiary of Farm Credit Services of America, ACA. Pursuant to FCA's Conditions of Approval, FCA will treat the ACA and its subsidiary associations on a consolidated basis for regulatory purposes as the FCA deems appropriate.

Effective 1/1/03, AgAmerica, FCB (AgAmerica), merged into AgriBank, FCB, following the reaffiliation of one of its stockholders, Northwest Farm Credit Services, an Agricultural Credit Association, with CoBank, ACB. Farm Credit Services of America, ACA and its PCA and FLCA subsidiaries were assigned the new district code for AgriBank district associations (22) as a result of the merger of its bank (AgAmerica) into AgriBank.
