Effective January 1, 2003, Farm Credit Services of Northeast Wisconsin, FLCA (Northeast Wisconsin FLCA) and Farm Credit Services of Northeast Wisconsin, PCA (Northeast Wisconsin PCA) consolidated with GreenStone Farm Credit Services, ACA and its subsidiaries, GreenStone Farm Credit Services, FLCA and GreenStone Farm Credit Services, PCA. The FCA also approved the mergers of Northeast Wisconsin FLCA with GreenStone FLCA and Northeast Wisconsin PCA with GreenStone ACA. The ACA and its subsidiaries remain subject to FCA's Conditions of Approval imposed by FCA on 7/1/00. Under the Conditions of Approval, FCA will treat the ACA and its subsidiary associations on a consolidated basis for regulatory purposes as the FCA deems appropriate. The charters for Northeast Wisconsin FLCA and Northeast Wisconsin were cancelled January 1, 2003.
