Effective January 1, 2009, FCA chartered a new production credit association, known as Southern AgCredit, PCA (PCA), which consolidated with Land Bank South, FLCA (FLCA) to form an ACA named Southern AgCredit, ACA (ACA). The FCA also approved an ACA parent-subsidiary structure by amending the charters of the PCA and the FLCA to make them subsidiaries of the ACA. As a subsidiary, the FLCA’s name changed to Southern AgCredit, FLCA. All three associations are subject to FCA Conditions of Approval, also effective January 1, 2009. Pursuant to FCA’s Conditions of Approval, FCA will treat the ACA and its subsidiary associations on a consolidated basis for regulatory purposes as FCA deems appropriate.

Effective January 4, 2010, pursuant to the authority under sections 5.17 and 7.7 of the Farm Credit Act of 1971, as amended (Act), FCA amended the charters of Southern AgCredit, ACA and its PCA subsidiary, allowing them to provide short- and intermediate-term lending within the 50 counties in southern Mississippi served by Southern AgCredit’s FLCA subsidiary. FCA also deleted Rains County, Texas from the ACA charter and the charters of its PCA and FLCA subsidiaries. The associations remain subject to Conditions of Approval that took effect January 1, 2009. Pursuant to FCA's Conditions of Approval, FCA treats the ACA and its subsidiary associations on a consolidated basis for regulatory purposes as the FCA deems appropriate.

Effective November 1, 2010, Southern AgCredit, ACA, and its subsidiaries (Southern AgCredit, FLCA, and Southern AgCredit , PCA) officially changed their headquarters location from the City of Flowood, in the County of Rankin, Mississippi to the City of Ridgeland, in the County of Madison, Mississippi.

Effective December 1, 2010, Louisiana Ag Credit, ACA, and its subsidiaries, Louisiana Ag Credit, PCA, and Louisiana Ag Credit, FLCA, merged with and into Southern AgCredit, ACA, and its subsidiaries, Southern AgCredit, PCA, and Southern AgCredit, FLCA, respectively. Southern AgCredit, ACA, and its subsidiaries are the continuing associations. Southern AgCredit, ACA, and its subsidiaries will continue to be subject to FCA Conditions of Approval, which took effect on January 1, 2010. Under FCA’s Conditions of Approval, FCA will continue to treat the continuing ACA and its subsidiary associations on a consolidated basis for regulatory purposes as FCA considers appropriate. The FCA canceled the charters of Louisiana Ag Credit, ACA, Louisiana Ag Credit, PCA, and Louisiana Ag Credit, FLCA, on December 1, 2010
