The SunStream Business Services (SunStream) service corporation was established on February 1, 2020, with operational and functional capability as of April 1, 2020. SunStream provides business and “back-end” technology services to Farm Credit System (System) associations within the AgriBank District. The technology services include overseeing technology systems that interface with and support its owners’ and customers’ operations. The business services include collateral and insurance operations; however, SunStream will not provide or sell insurance in accordance with the Farm Credit Act. Initial stockholders are AgriBank and 11 association investors – Compeer Financial, ACA (Compeer), Farm Credit Mid-America, ACA (Mid-America), and the Other Investing Association’s group consisting of nine associations.
