Map and Territory Description
In the State of Oklahoma, the Counties of Caddo, Cleveland, Comanche, Grady, and all of McClain County, except Township 5 North, Range 1 to 4 West, and 1 to 3 East and that part of Township 6 North, Range 3 East, lying south of the Canadian River.

Effective July 1, 2001, FCA chartered a new production credit association, known as Farm Credit of Central Oklahoma, PCA, that consolidated with Farm Credit of Central Oklahoma, Federal Land Credit Association to form an ACA known as Farm Credit of Central Oklahoma, ACA. The FCA also approved an ACA subsidiary structure by amending the PCA’s charter to make it a subsidiary of the ACA and amending the FLCA’s charter to make it a subsidiary of the ACA. As a subsidiary, the FLCA is known as Farm Credit of Central Oklahoma, FLCA. The Associations are subject to Conditions of Approval imposed by FCA that are also effective July 1, 2001. Pursuant to FCA's Conditions of Approval, FCA will treat the ACA and its subsidiary associations on a consolidated basis for regulatory purposes as the FCA deems appropriate.

Effective October 1, 2003, the Western Farm Credit Bank merged with and into the Farm Credit Bank of Wichita, the continuing bank, which will be known as U.S. AgBank, FCB. As a result of the bank merger, all active associations in the Western and Wichita districts were assigned a new district code (24).

As a result of the merger of U. S. AgBank, FCB, into CoBank, ACB on 1/1/2012, all active associations in the U. S. AgBank and CoBank districts were assigned a new district code (25).

Effective October 1, 2014, Farm Credit of Central Oklahoma, ACA, and its subsidiaries, Farm Credit of Central Oklahoma, PCA, and Farm Credit of Central Oklahoma, FLCA, merged with and into Farm Credit of Western Oklahoma, ACA and its subsidiaries, Farm Credit of Western Oklahoma, PCA, and Farm Credit of Western Oklahoma, FLCA, respectively. Farm Credit of Western Oklahoma, ACA, and its subsidiaries are the continuing associations. The Conditions of Approval previously imposed on Farm Credit of Western Oklahoma, ACA, and its subsidiaries remain in effect.
