The state of Nevada and, in the state of California, the counties of Alameda, Alpine, Amador, Calaveras, Contra Costa, Del Norte, El Dorado, Humboldt, Lake, Lassen, Marin, Mariposa, Mendocino, Merced, Modoc, Monterey, Napa, Orange, Plumas, Riverside, San Benito, San Bernardino, San Diego, San Francisco, San Joaquin, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Sierra, Siskiyou, Sonoma, Stanislaus, Tuolumne; that portion of Fresno County described as follows: these Townships or portions of Townships, Range 10E, 13S; Range 11E, 12S and 13S; Range 12E, Townships 11S, 12S and 13S; Range 13E, Townships 10S, 11S, and 12S; that part of Los Angeles County lying south of the north line of Township 3 North, San Bernardino Baseline and Meridian; that portion of Mono County lying north of the township line common to Townships 2 and 3 North, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian ("MDB&M"); that portion of Sacramento County lying south and east of a line beginning at the intersection of the Sacramento River with the line of division between Township 6 North and Township 7 North, MDB&M, thence easterly to the intersection of said line of division with the Grant Line Road, thence northeasterly along said Grant Line Road to the intersection of said road with the easterly line of Section 22, Township 8 North, Range 7E, MDB&M, thence north to the American River, thence, northeasterly along the American River to the north boundary of Sacramento County; and that portion of Trinity County west of the crest of the Coast Ranges.

Effective April 1, 2001, FCS of Southern California, ACA and its subsidiaries merged into American AgCredit, ACA and its subsidiaries, the continuing associations. Pursuant to FCA's Conditions of Approval, FCA will treat the ACA and its subsidiary associations on a consolidated basis for regulatory purposes as the FCA deems appropriate.

Effective October 1, 2003, the Western Farm Credit Bank merged with and into the Farm Credit Bank of Wichita, the continuing bank, which will be known as U.S. AgBank, FCB. As a result of the bank merger, all active associations in the Western and Wichita districts were assigned a new district code (24).

Effective January 1, 2005, AgCredit Financial, ACA merged into American AgCredit, ACA, the continuing association. Also, AgCredit Financial, ACA’s subsidiary associations merged into American AgCredit, ACA’s subsidiary associations as follows: AgCredit of California Federal Land Bank Association, FLCA and Intermountain Federal Land Bank Association, FLCA merged into American AgCredit, FLCA; AgCredit of California Production Credit Association and Intermountain Production Credit Association merged into American AgCredit, PCA. The Conditions of Approval imposed on American AgCredit, ACA and its subsidiaries remain in effect. Pursuant to these Conditions of Approval, FCA will treat the ACA and its subsidiary associations on a consolidated basis for regulatory purposes as the FCA deems appropriate.

Effective December 1, 2009, Farm Credit of the Heartland, ACA, and its subsidiaries, Farm Credit of the Heartland, PCA and Farm Credit of the Heartland, FLCA merged with and into American AgCredit, ACA, and its subsidiaries, American AgCredit, PCA and American AgCredit, FLCA, respectively. The FCA canceled the charters of Farm Credit of the Heartland, ACA, Farm Credit of the Heartland, PCA and Farm Credit of the Heartland, FLCA effective December 1, 2009. American AgCredit, ACA, and its subsidiaries, American AgCredit, PCA and American AgCredit, FLCA are the continuing associations and are subject to FCA Conditions of Approval, which also took effect December 1, 2009. Under FCA’s Conditions of Approval, FCA will treat the continuing ACA and its subsidiary associations on a consolidated basis for regulatory purposes as FCA considers appropriate.

On January 1, 2012, Farm Credit of the Mountain Plains, ACA, and its subsidiaries, merged with and into American AgCredit, ACA, and its subsidiaries. American AgCredit, ACA, and its subsidiaries are the continuing associations.

Effective January 1, 2017, Farm Credit of Southwest Kansas, ACA, and its subsidiaries, Farm Credit of Southwest Kansas, PCA, and Farm Credit of Southwest Kansas, FLCA, merged with and into American AgCredit, ACA, and its subsidiaries, American AgCredit, PCA, and American AgCredit, FLCA, respectively, pursuant to section 7.8 of the Farm Credit Act of 1971, as amended. American AgCredit, ACA, and its subsidiaries are the continuing associations. FCA cancelled the charters of Southwest Kansas, ACA and its subsidiaries and issued updated charters to American AgCredit.
