In the State of Oklahoma, the counties of Alfalfa, Caddo, Canadian, Carter, Cleveland, Comanche, Cotton, Garfield, Garvin, Grady, Grant, Jefferson, Kingfisher, Love, Major, McClain, Murray, Okfuskee, Pontotac, Pottawatomie, Seminole, Stephens, and that portion of Blaine County north and east of the South Canadian River.

Effective April 1, 2002, FCA chartered a new Federal Land Bank Association that consolidated with Enid Production Credit Association and South Central Oklahoma PCA to establish Chisholm Trail Farm Credit, ACA. Chisholm Trail Farm Credit, ACA then restructured to establish PCA and FLCA subsidiaries. The associations are subject to Conditions of Approval that are also effective April 1, 2002. Pursuant to FCA's Conditions of Approval, FCA will treat the ACA and its subsidiary associations on a consolidated basis for regulatory purposes as the FCA deems appropriate.

Effective October 1, 2003, the Western Farm Credit Bank merged with and into the Farm Credit Bank of Wichita, the continuing bank, which will be known as U.S. AgBank, FCB. As a result of the bank merger, all active associations in the Western and Wichita districts were assigned a new district code (24)

As a result of the merger of U. S. AgBank, FCB, into CoBank, ACB on 1/1/2012, all active associations in the U. S. AgBank and CoBank districts were assigned a new district code (25).

Effective January 1, 2016, Chisholm Trail Farm Credit, ACA, and its subsidiaries, Chisholm Trail Farm Credit, PCA, and Chisholm Trail Farm Credit, FLCA, merged with and into Farm Credit Services of East Central Oklahoma, ACA, and its subsidiaries, Farm Credit Services of East Central Oklahoma, PCA, and Farm Credit Services of East Central Oklahoma, FLCA, respectively, pursuant to section 7.8 of the Farm Credit Act of 1971, as amended. Farm Credit Services of East Central Oklahoma, ACA, and its subsidiaries are the continuing associations, but will be renamed Oklahoma AgCredit, ACA; Oklahoma AgCredit, PCA; and Oklahoma AgCredit, FLCA. The Conditions of Approval previously imposed on Farm Credit Services of East Central Oklahoma, ACA, and its subsidiaries remain in effect. Under the Conditions of Approval, the FCA will continue to treat the parent ACA and its subsidiary associations on a consolidated basis for regulatory purposes as FCA considers appropriate.
