FLBA Of Northwest North Dakota Merged With PCA Of Minot Effective 4/1/89 To Form An ACA. Name Of ACA Is Farm Credit Services Of Northwest North Dakota, ACA. As A Result Of The Consolidation Of The Farm Credit Bank Of St. Louis And The Farm Credit Bank Of St. Paul On 5/1/92 To Form AgriBank, FCB, All Associations In These Former Districts Were Given The New District Code (15) That Had Been Assigned To AgriBank, FCB. As A Result Of The Merger Of The Farm Credit Bank Of Louisville Into AgriBank, FCB On 1/1/94, All Associations In The AgriBank District And Mid-America ACA In The Former Louisville District Were Given The New District Code (17) That Had Been Assigned To AgriBank, FCB. Effective 03/30/99, the Farm Credit Services of Northwest North Dakota, ACA will change its name to Farm Credit Services of North Dakota, ACA.

Effective 1/1/2000, North Dakota Farm Credit Services, ACA was restructured and became the parent entity of North Dakota FCS, PCA and North Dakota FCS, FLCA, which are wholly owned subsidiaries of North Dakota Farm Credit Services, ACA. All three associations are subject to FCA Conditions of Approval, also effective 1/1/2000. Pursuant to FCA's Conditions of Approval, FCA will treat the ACA and its subsidiary associations on a consolidated basis for regulatory purposes as the FCA deems appropriate.

As a result of the merger of AgAmerica, FCB, into AgriBank, FCB (AgriBank), on 1/1/03, all active associations in the AgriBank district were assigned a new district code (22).

Effective January 1, 2022, of Farm Credit Services of North Dakota, ACA, and its subsidiaries, Farm Credit Services of North Dakota, PCA and Farm Credit Services of North Dakota, FLCA merged with and into AgCountry Farm Credit Services, ACA and its subsidiaries AgCountry Farm Credit Services, PCA and AgCountry Farm Credit Services, FLCA, respectively, pursuant to section 7.8 of the Farm Credit Act of 1971, as amended. AgCountry Farm Credit Services, ACA, and its subsidiaries are the continuing associations. The Conditions of Approval previously imposed on AgCountry Farm Credit Services, ACA, and its subsidiaries remain in effect. Under the Conditions of Approval, the FCA will continue to treat the parent ACA and its subsidiary associations on a consolidated basis for regulatory purposes as FCA considers appropriate
