Effective 07/01/99, the South Central Farm Credit ACA merged with and into North Georgia Farm Credit ACA, the continuing association to be known as AgGeorgia Farm Credit ACA. The headquarters office was moved to Dublin, County of Laurens, State of Georgia.

Effective January 1, 2005, AgGeorgia Farm Credit, ACA was restructured and became the parent entity to AgGeorgia Farm Credit, PCA and AgGeorgia Farm Credit, FLCA. All three associations are subject to FCA Conditions of Approval, also effective 1/1/2005. Unless FCA modifies the Conditions of Approval, for regulatory purposes, the three associations will be treated as a single association.

On May 1, 2008, FCA approved a change in the headquarters location for AgGeorgia Farm Credit, ACA, from Dublin, Laurens County, GA to Perry, Houston County, GA. The change in location takes effect June 1, 2008.
