In the state of Kentucky, the counties of Anderson, Ballard, Bourbon, Boyle, Calloway, Carlisle, Clark, Fayette, Franklin, Fulton, Garrard, Graves, Harrison, Hickman, Jessamine, Lincoln, McCracken, Madison, Marion, Marshall, Mercer, Montgomery, Scott, Washington, and Woodford. Effective April 1, 1995, The FCB Of Baltimore And The FCB Of Columbia Consolidate Pursuant To Sections 1.3, 5.17, And 7.12. The New Bank's Name Will Be AgFirst Farm Credit Bank. As A Re- Sult Of This Consolidation, The Uninums For All Associations That Have District Numbers Of 2 And 16 Will Be Changed To Reflect The New District Number (20).

Effective January 4, 2010, pursuant to the authority under sections 5.17 and 7.7 of the Farm Credit Act of 1971, as amended (Act), FCA amended the charter of AgFirst Farm Credit Bank authorizing the bank to lend to an affiliated association with new lending authorities under section 7.7 of the Act. The bank’s amended charter is effective January 4, 2010.
